Like many people living at a fast pace I used to only take care of myself when I reached breaking point. After doing this a few too many times I decided maybe it was time to reassess and bring some balance into my life. I began practicing Yoga and was pleased with how good I felt after a practice. I realised I wanted to prioritise yoga in my life and went on to train to become a teacher. I'm still passionate about spreading the benefits that Yoga has to offer and sharing it with others.
What qualifications do I have?
I have been
teaching Yoga for 7 years and hold 2 teacher training diplomas from
the Pranava School of Yoga and the British Wheel of Yoga (the governing
body for Yoga in the UK). I am also a level 3 Instructor with the
Register of Exercise Professionals.
